The VOLLERS Group
In the year 1932, the first company of the VOLLERS group was established by
Berthold Vollers in Bremen. During the initial years of business, the company
focused on the storage and transportation of raw coffee. Gradually, the range
of products, services and handled commodities expended into today’s scope. In
the course of time, other locations of the VOLLERS group were established.
With an international clientele and the locations in Bremen, Hamburg, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Antwerp, Trieste, Riga, Tallinn, Klaipeda and Moscow, the VOLLERS group emerged to an innovative logistics company (presently employing about 380 dedicated people).
Today, the VOLLERS group samples, weighs, mixes, blends and transports various different commodities such as coffee, cocoa, tea, bakery seeds, tobacco, cotton, wool, yarns as well as different general cargos. Warehousing and distribution as well as document processing and customs clearance are also part of the comprehensive range of services.
