We’re looking to expand our 6-person international team, where you’ll be responsible for handling all import and export processing and customer service.

Zadania
- Processing import orders, including import customs clearance
- Preparing export orders, including the preparation of export/shipping documents and export paperwork (within and outside the EU)
- Monitoring and managing the entire supply chain, including coordinating delivery dates
- Direct contact with customers, including correspondence (German/English)
- Liaison with partners and service providers
- Order entry in Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Preparation of transport orders and coordination with carriers and operations
- Preparation of stock-in and stock-out documents
- Warehouse/inventory management
- Billing
- Complaint management
Wymagania
- Completed traditional commercial vocational training as a freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d) or comparable training
- Experience in commercial processing and logistics processes
- Experience in customs clearance is a plus
- Confident, independent, and meticulous work style
- Outgoing, dedicated, and a team player
- Good to very good written and spoken German
- Solid English skills are desirable
