Microsoft Power Platform Developer (m/f/d)
For our Digital Development Team at the Vollers Group, headquartered in Bremen, we are looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Developer (m/f/d) to join us at the earliest possible date. The role is located at the Headquarter in Bremen / Hybrid Remote.
From coffee to cocoa, tea to metals – as an experienced logistics company, we transport and store goods and raw materials for our customers across twelve locations in eight European countries using modern digital technologies. In this role you will drive and support the design, extension, and operation of business applications and automations built on the Microsoft Power Platform. The role focuses on enhancing existing solutions and delivering new apps/flows from requirements, while consistently complying with the Vollers governance, security, and ALM standards.
Zadania
- Development of new Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps (canvas/model-driven), Power Automate workflows and integrations, and AIHub utilities where applicable.
- Implementation of changes and improvements to existing Power Platform solutions
- Translation of functional requirements into technical solutions, including acceptance criteria, technical design notes, and effort estimates within the scope of the project.
- Collaboration with business departments, product managers, and other developers.
- Testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and improving application performance.
- Ensuring code quality, documentation, maintainability, and best practices.
Wymagania
- At least 2 years of experience as a Software Developer
- Practical experience with Power Apps and/or Power Automate in a professional setting.
- Understanding of Dataverse fundamentals (tables, relationships, security roles) and/or experience with SharePoint as a data source (depending on internal target architecture).
- Ability to work with integrations and data formats (e.g., connectors, REST basics, JSON).
- Experience with Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Functions), SQL, Power BI, or Dynamics 365.
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts for Power Platform (pipelines, automated deployments).
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Very good English skills; German skills are a plus
