Zadania
- Internal coordination regarding the scheduling and processing of customer-specific green coffee blends (planning/transport, warehousing, various facilities, accounting, and operational administration)
- Focus on invoice and credit note generation
- Invoice verification
- Invoicing upon shipment
- Resolution of invoice disputes
- Creating customer contracts in the system as a basis for billing
- Ensuring the monthly closing
- Order management / processing of shipping orders
- Direct communication and contact with customers and suppliers
- Monitoring delivery dates
- Organizing and monitoring customer orders
- Participating in team meetings
- Preparing reports
Wymagania
- Completed commercial training, preferably as a freight forwarding and logistics services specialist or in wholesale and foreign trade
- Initial or several years of experience in commercial processing, particularly in invoicing and invoice verification
- A structured, calm approach to task management
- Interest in familiarizing yourself with complex processes
- Willingness to work on details and “dig deep” (“mole”)
- Enjoys both teamwork and working independently
- Interest in ideas for continuous improvement
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Fluent written and spoken German
