Software Developer (m/f/d)
For our Digital Development Team at the Vollers Group, headquartered in Bremen, we are looking for a Software Developer (.NET / Microsoft Technologies) (m/f/d) to join us at the earliest possible date. The role is located at the Headquarter in Bremen / Hybrid Remote.
From coffee to cocoa, tea to metals – as an experienced logistics company, we transport and store goods and raw materials for our customers across twelve locations in eight European countries using modern digital technologies. In this role, you will work on modern full-stack applications using Microsoft technologies, developing backend services, web applications, and integrations to support our internal operations and digital platforms.
Your tasks
- Development and maintenance of applications using .NET technologies (C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+)
- Design and development of RESTful APIs and backend services
- Development of web-based user interfaces and full-stack solutions
- Integration of internal and external systems via APIs and web services
- Working with Microsoft Azure services for cloud-based applications and integrations
- Design and optimization of database structures, queries, and stored procedures
- Collaboration with business departments, product owners, and other developers
- Troubleshooting, debugging, and improving application performance
- Ensuring code quality, maintainability, and best practices
Your profile
- At least 2 years of experience as a Software Developer
- Strong experience with C# and .NET technologies (.NET Core / .NET 5/6+)
- Experience building REST APIs and web applications
- Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services is a plus
- Experience with modern frontend technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, React or Angular) is a plus
- Experience with Git and modern development workflows
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Very good English skills; German skills are a plus
