Are you up for a new challenge in which you support our colleagues in the outbound (export processing) area in the coffee sector independently and autonomously?
Are you a self-motivated person with the ambition to take on responsibility in a team and enjoy a varied range of tasks?
Are you interested in and, ideally, already have knowledge of the product (green) coffee and would like to learn more about it?

Your tasks
- Coordination & coordination with customers for their just-in-time deliveries of green coffee
- Internal coordination for the scheduling and processing of customer-specific green coffee blends (scheduling, warehouse, various operating sites)
- Order management / processing of dispatch orders
- Communication with colleagues, customers, suppliers
- Preparation of removal documents
- Warehouse/inventory management
- Preparation of export papers and export documents
- Coordination and monitoring of delivery dates
- Creation of transport orders
- Occasional customs clearance (T1/T2 procedure, export declarations) and customs warehouse write-offs (Dakosy, AC, own ERP AX)
- Invoice verification
- Invoicing in the course of outsourcing
Your requirements
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, preferably as aas a businessman/woman for forwarding and logistics services or in wholesale and foreign trade
- You are a young professional, have just completed your apprenticeship or have already gained your first professional experience in the field of forwarding handling and processes in logistics or foreign trade
- Knowledge of customs clearance/formalities is desirable but not a must - we will be happy to teach you everything!
- You have a careful, structured and independent way of working
- In addition, you are characterised by a high sense of responsibility and flexibility are what set you apart
- You enjoy teamwork and working independently
- You have solid PC skills (MS Office)
- Fluency in written and spoken German rounds off your profile
