The development of the project and the declaration of intent was realised in cooperation with WFB Wirtschaftsförderung Bremen GmbH and the City of Bremen.
Philipp Wacker, Managing Director of Vollers Management Services GmbH, explains:
"We are excited about the opportunity to develop our important Tea Services business on the Überseeinsel in the long term. On average, every tenth cup of tea drunk in Germany is consolidated and refined in Schuppen 6 for further processing. With the investment security that has now been established, we are convinced that we will be able to further increase this share in the future and set an example for the city of Bremen as an important logistics and food location in Germany."
The next step is the feasibility study, which will also develop the concrete concept.
