Effective 1 July 2026, Arber Pllana will join the management board of Berthold Vollers GmbH in Bremen. Together with Philipp Wacker, he will form a dual leadership team for the Bremen site. This step reflects the Vollers Group’s commitment to further developing its Bremen operations and driving growth across its core business areas of tea, general cargo, transport, and coffee.
Arber Pllana has been with the Vollers Group for five years and has been responsible for the tea business in Bremen as well as its development across the Group. He will continue in this role. As a new member of the Bremen management team, Arber Pllana will additionally assume responsibility for General Cargo/Fibres, Coffee Operations, and Technical Services.
Philipp Wacker will continue to oversee the site’s strategy, the commercial development of the coffee and transport businesses, and the central functions of Quality Management, Finance, and Human Resources. In addition, he will remain responsible for business development across the Vollers Group’s operations in Germany and the United Kingdom in his role as Group Director.
